To ask Plantour AI to generate a full trip, sign in, open the Dashboard, and in the Artificial Intelligence section click AI trip plan. This tool is meant for building a full trip draft from your requirements, not only a short list of item suggestions.
- Use the question field at the top of the page to type a new trip request or reuse one of the previous questions from the dropdown list.
- Choose the trip currency from the currency dropdown beside the question field.
- Click Ask AI to generate or reload the suggested trip plan. The button becomes available again when you change the question or clear the current result.
- Review the generated preview. Plantour can suggest the trip title, summary, recommended dates, assumptions, itinerary parts, public activities, personal activities, personal items, shared items, personal todos, shared todos, personal expenses, shared expenses, and general recommendations.
- If the preview looks right and you are an admin, click Create trip. Plantour creates a new trip in Planning mode from that preview.
- Use Reset if you want to clear the current question and preview and restore the default currency selection.
- If Plantour says the suggested dates overlap with one of your trips, enter new dates in the dialog.
- After the trip is created, use the page menu to open the new trip`s itinerary or trip items and continue working there.
Plantour remembers previous trip-planning questions and can return a cached answer when the same request is asked again. Participants can use the preview, but only admins can create the new trip from the generated plan.
