About Plantour
Plantour is a web app that helps individuals or groups plan and pack for trips. It supports mobile-optimized use, trip and traveler lists, packing lists, trip templates, shared packages, and packing slips.
- Create and manage trips, travelers, and packing lists.
- Use templates such as “Fishing Trip,” “Weekend Camping Trip,” or “10-Day Sea Cruise.”
- Track packages and quickly find which package holds a specific item.
- Generate and print packing slips.
Eligibility & accounts
- Admins must register to create trips and invite participants.
- Participants invited by admins can access the app without registration and free of charge.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an admin account.
Trial access
You may try Plantour without registration using pre-prepared test data. Trial access may be limited or discontinued at any time.
Paid plans & billing
Plantour offers paid services. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled before renewal.

Plantour participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Some items, categories, and bags shown in the app may include links that open corresponding Amazon search results pages.

User content & responsibility
You are responsible for the lists, item names, and other content you create. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not misuse or interfere with the app or its security features.
- Do not use bots, scripts, browser automation, AI agents, scraping tools, or mass-testing tools to access the service, create users, submit forms, or change data without prior written permission from Plantour.
- Do not bypass rate limits, human-verification checks, invitation flows, or other abuse-prevention controls.
- Do not reverse-engineer or copy the service beyond what is permitted by law.
Any load testing, security testing, scripted QA, or automated account creation requires prior written approval. We may suspend or block access that appears abusive or unauthorized.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and all related content are owned by Plantour or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service as intended.
Privacy summary
We store admin user data such as email, first name, last name, and phone number. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. The app does not use cookies that require consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
Plantour is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantour will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
