- Usage and security data needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, request metadata, browser or device information, referrer data, and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use information
- Provide and maintain the service, including trip planning and packing lists.
- Enable invitations and collaboration between admins and participants.
- Use optional integration credentials only to support the specific feature that needs them.
- Improve reliability, security, fraud prevention, and user experience.
- Process paid plan access and verify subscriptions.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the app, process payments, send transactional email, and verify abuse-prevention or human-verification checks. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Plantour does not use cookies that require user consent.
Payments
Payment processing may be handled by a payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion through the support channel available in the app.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you connect private integrations, Plantour treats related credentials as sensitive data. They are stored so the app can perform the feature you requested, such as loading your own private integration content, and they are not intended to be displayed publicly to other users.
To prevent spam, fake registrations, and other abuse, some public forms and sign-in actions may use automated risk checks, rate limiting, and human-verification services. Those checks may process network and device metadata together with the submitted request.
Children’s privacy
Plantour is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.

Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention on sign-in and contact forms. Turnstile runs invisible browser challenges to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic.
