How do I manage my billing

When the option is available

  • The Manage Billing button is shown on the Profile page only for admins.
  • It is enabled only when the current admin account has an active paid plan.
  • Temporary accounts do not get this button, so guest or temporary users cannot open billing management from there.

How to open billing management

  1. Open the toolbar features menu with the bars icon.
  2. Open your Profile page.
  3. In the profile actions area, click Manage Billing.
Plantour asks the server to create a customer portal session and then redirects you to the external billing portal URL returned by that session.

What this is for

  • Use Manage Billing when you need to work with the billing portal for your active paid account.
  • Use Change Plan on the same profile page when you want to change the Plantour plan itself rather than open the billing portal.

If it does not open

  • If Plantour cannot create the customer portal session, it shows a billing error message instead of redirecting you.
  • If the button is disabled or missing, check whether you are signed in as an admin, whether the account is still temporary, and whether the admin account currently has a paid plan.
