Open the Trip info page from Dashboard
- Click Dashboard in the toolbar.
- Open the Trip section on the Dashboard.
- Click Trip info. Plantour opens the dedicated Trip info page.
- Use the trip dropdown at the top of that page to choose the trip you want to review.
- When you change the selected trip there, Plantour also updates the current trip context for the rest of the app.
Open the summary sections you need
- Trip info shows the current trip overview and summary metrics.
- User Trip info shows your own progress, assignments, and packing status for that trip.
- All Users Trip info shows the wider team view with shared responsibilities and overall progress.
Click a section row to expand it, and click it again to collapse it. The page keeps the trip selector at the top while you switch between these views.
When to use Trip info
- Use it when you want one place to review the trip overview, your own progress, and the wider team progress.
- Use it before opening detailed trip pages such as Itinerary, Items, Todos, Bags, Expenses, Notes, or Comments.
- Use it to confirm that the correct trip is selected before continuing into trip-specific work.
